AP: Benintendi, Porcello Lead Red Sox Past Orioles, 9-1

BOSTON (AP) -- The hits never stopped coming for the defending champion Red Sox.

Now the pitching might be falling in line, too.

Rick Porcello held the Orioles to one run over six innings for his sixth win in eight starts and received plenty of support as Boston topped Baltimore 9-1 on Friday night.
