BOSTON -- Jason Kipnis might have been thinking about laying down a bunt when he stepped to the plate with two on and nobody out in the second inning.
Terry Francona is glad he didn't.
"One good swing tonight kind of changed the game," Indians manager Francona said of Kipnis' ensuing three-run homer that sparked a four-run frame for Cleveland in a 4-2 win over the Boston Red Sox on Friday night at Fenway Park.
