OAKMONT, Pa. -- The United States Golf Association announced Saturday afternoon that Oakmont Country Club will host the U.S. Open for a record 10th time in 2025.
"Bringing the U.S. Open Championship to Oakmont for the 10th time in 2025 is testament to the quality of this fine golf course and the longevity of the strong relationship the USGA has with the club," USGA president Diana Murphy said in a statement.
Oakmont, currently hosting the 116th U.S. Open, also hosted the championship in 1927, 1935, 1953, 1962, 1973, 1983, 1994 and 2007.
