After a close loss to the Red Bulls in New York on Saturday, the New England Revolution hope to avoid a New York sweep when they visit New York City FC on Wednesday night at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.
The Revolution (4-5-4) were defeated 2-1 by the Red Bulls after giving up the decisive goal in the 74th minute, marking the fifth time in seven matches that New England has fallen short of the win column (2-2-3).
"We've got to have short memories," Revolution coach Jay Heaps told the team's website. "We'll take what we can from Saturday night -- take some positives, obviously.
