Wellesley Townsman: Wellesley High Boys Volleyball Team Has High Hopes

WELLESLEY - Despite returning only two varsity players after losing 12 to graduation last year, youth isn’t an excuse for the Wellesley High boys volleyball team.

Third-year coach Alice Liao hasn’t tempered her expectations for her young, but determined Raiders squad.

“I expect my team to win games and to play hard every single set,” Liao said. “Though we may be new and young, I still expect us to do well.”
